College Council: The College Council consists of a representative of the Management, the Principal, a member of the local community, two serving teachers and two eminent advisors drawn from the fields of education and industry.
IQAC: It comprises a representative of the Management, a senior member of the Administrative staff, the Principal, two senior members of the staff ( by rotation) and six permanent members drawn from the teaching staff of various departments, two external Advisors on quality sustenance. The IQAC, devised according to NAAC guidelines, develops action plans and sets quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities. It is also a monitoring organ.
Executive Body: It is made up of the Principal, Heads of Departments, the Staff Secretary, the Staff Advisor and the Chairman of the College Union. The Body executes all the decisions made by the IQAC.
Parent Teacher Association (PTA): The Parent - Teacher Association was started in 1990. All the teachers and parents are members of this Association. The Association aims at co-operative effort on the part of parents and teachers for the overall development of the students and the College. Seminars on Career Guidance, counselling, job-oriented coaching classes, etc. are some of the services rendered. Financial aid is given to the poor and deserving students. Awards for proficiency are also given to students every year.
College Union: The College Union is constituted every year in accordance with the University rules and regulations. The union consists of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, General Secretary, Arts Club Secretary, Magazine Editor, University Union Councillors and General Representatives who are elected by the students. The Union has the responsibility of organizing co-curricular activities in the college. It also represents the College at University meetings, Youth Festivals and inter-collegiate competitions.
Exam Committee: The Board is in charge of coordinating the terminal exams, supervising the tabulation process and sending the progress cards to the guardians.
Discipline Committee: The Discipline Committee consists of select members of the staff and is in charge of maintaining general order and discipline.
Research Committee: The Research Committee is a body of three prominent research guides drawn from various disciplines. It accelerates research activities among staff and students in various ways.
Library Committee: Library Committee is made up of the Librarian, three senior members of the teaching faculty drawn from the Science, Arts and Commerce Streams and one permanent member of the IQAC
